Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with VLCC's mission and values.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote VLCC's services across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
  • Drive New customer Acquisition
  • Enhance Campaign ROI
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop brand-aligned content for various platforms.
  • Oversee creating engaging and shareable content that reinforces the brand image.
  • Manage and grow VLCC's social media presence.
  • Create and curate content to foster community engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships that enhance the VLCC brand.
  • Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to extend brand reach.
  • Monitor brand performance and sentiment.
  • Respond promptly to feedback and address any issues that may arise.
 



Job Requirement

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's with a degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the skills, beauty, wellness industry.
  • A strong understanding of digital and social media platforms is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights for brand improvement.
