Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with VLCC's mission and values.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote VLCC's services across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Drive New customer Acquisition
- Enhance Campaign ROI
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop brand-aligned content for various platforms.
- Oversee creating engaging and shareable content that reinforces the brand image.
- Manage and grow VLCC's social media presence.
- Create and curate content to foster community engagement.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships that enhance the VLCC brand.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to extend brand reach.
- Monitor brand performance and sentiment.
- Respond promptly to feedback and address any issues that may arise.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's with a degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the skills, beauty, wellness industry.
- A strong understanding of digital and social media platforms is crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights for brand improvement.
