The purpose of the job is to lead all wealth management activities within the assigned territories/area, ensuring the attainment of revenue and market share goals, the establishment of the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand, and the delivery of exceptional services to HNI and ultra HNI clients. The role involves client engagement and relationship management, market research and analysis, financial planning and reporting, marketing and business development, PortfolioPerformance Analysis, Portfolio Management and Business Analytics. · Relationship Manager Team Size Direct: 1 Indirect Team Size (On rolls): 4 Financial Resources Book Size: INR Net interest income:Main Accountabilities Qualifications & Experience · Minimum Degree: Postgraduate/ Graduate in any discipline. · Minimum Experience – 5- 7 years of Experience Leadership Competencies: · Ownership · Passion · Boundary less Behaviour · Meritocracy · Leadership Effectiveness · Customer Focus · Tech Quotient · Cost Consciousness · Adaptive · Innovative · Collaborative · Analytical · Compliance · Resilient · Decisive and solution-focused Functional Competencies TCL shall populate as per the existing grid Key Decisions taken ·Client Engagement and Relationship Management:· Address HNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements, through an exclusive product bouquet and superior and seamless service delivery to assist clients in achieving their short-term and long-term investment goals via proper profiling and offering of variousInvestment products.· Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.· Direct closely with Relationship Managers to support client portfolios and execute wealth management strategies.Market Research and Analysis:· Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends to inform decision-making and enhance client portfolios.· Direct Relationship Managers to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Financial Planning and Reporting:· Guide in developing personalised financial plans, taking into consideration clients' unique goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.· Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, investment summaries, and performance matrix for client presentations.· Set and achieve cluster-level business targets, including revenue,
