Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Execute Customer Acquisition Strategy:2. Create and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics in new clinics3. Identify and prioritize key customer acquisition channels, including but not limited to digital advertising (SEM, SEO, social media, display, etc.), affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.4. Continuously optimize acquisition channels to improve performance, conversion rates, and ROI.5. Campaign Management and Optimization:6. Plan, launch, and manage customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely execution and alignment with budgetary constraints.7. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance, messaging, targeting, and creative assets.8. Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Budget Management: 1. Develop and manage the customer acquisition budget, allocating resources effectively across different channels to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition goals.2. Regularly review and adjust budget allocations based on performance insights and market trends. Cross-functional Collaboration: 1. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product Development, and Analytics teams to align customer acquisition strategies with overall marketing initiatives and product offerings.2. Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies based on customer acquisition trends and feedback. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:1. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer acquisition opportunities.2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and best practices. Qualifications: 1. Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).2. 15 years of experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or related roles within the consumer goods, e-commerce, or beauty/wellness industry.3. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing customer acquisition strategies that drive measurable results and ROI.4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
