Job Description
Job Purpose
The job role is to be responsible for assisting Pan India Sales teams for their clients / prospects portfolio reviews & investment proposals and to ensure the alignment of portfolio asset allocation with the client’s risk tolerance and investment objectives.
Evaluate and monitor investment portfolio to optimize performance, manage risk, ensure compliance, support informed decision making and thus help in retaining existing clients / on-boarding new clients.
Main Accountabilities
Pan India Portfolio reviews:
- Assisting Pan India teams for their clients’/ prospects’ portfolio reviews & investment proposals.
Performance assessment and Risk Management:
- Evaluate and monitor performance of investment portfolios against benchmarks and peers
- Identify and manage potential risks to ensure alignment with clients’ risk tolerance and investment goals
Understanding of all product types and effective communication:
- Complete understanding of all investment products
- Liaise with the Research & Products team for identifying opportunities to cater to the clients’ requirements
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to the clients / stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between Research team and RMs to discuss nuances and positioning each new product ideas
Regulatory compliance:
- Ensure portfolios comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Certification as required by the regulator
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Utilize excel for data analysis and performance tracking
- Create compelling presentations to communicate portfolio analytics, performance and recommendations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Degree: Post Graduation
( MBA/PGDBA/CFP or Equivalent/ would be preferred)
- Minimum Experience – 2-3 years of Relevant Experience
