Product Manager- Tata Real Estate

Job Description

Job Purpose  
The job role is to be responsible for managing Pan India leads for real estate referral product and to ensure end to end deal closures.
Development of long-term plans to grow real estate leads and closures, including enhancing the team experience, adding new developers/ Consultants. Monitor leads and closures against targets and adjust approach when necessary. Provide monthly review/insights of the tie-ups, participation of the team.
Main accountabilities 
Pan India Lead Management:
  • Manage leads and queries from Pan India team and assist in smooth closure.
 
End to End closure of deals:
  • Understand client requirement and provide available inventory present with the developer and assist the developer SPOC on field for closure related aspects till the project is handed over to the client.
 
Tie-up with Developers/ Cordinate with developers:
  • Connect with top developers and get empanelled for pan India projects.
 
Have clear updates of new launches and project status of PAN India projects:
  • Closely track the recent updates in real estate space in every region and New/Pre launches that are in pipeline for each developer.
 
Team Training
  • Briefing the team on hot selling projects giving them information about the projects and scheduling regular site visits for the team.
 
Follow up for Invoice from Consultant & Developers
  • Follow-up for commission invoice and payment from vendors/ developers after closure of deals.
 
Revenue & Business MIS management
Various MIS management for review analysis
Qualifications & Experience  
  • Minimum Degree: Post Graduation
( MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent/ would be preferred)
  • Minimum Experience – 2-3 years of Experience
