Software Engineer

Responsibilities:  • Design and implement scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions that enhance AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform capabilities.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features and services.• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including research, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.• Ensure the reliability and security of the platform by incorporating best practices in software development and testing.• Optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability.• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends that could impact our platform and services

Qualifications:  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable web applications.• Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AiSensy's technology stack (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React).• Experience with database management and data modeling (MongoDb).• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and serverless architectures.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.• Experience in developing APIs and integration solutions is a plus.• Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-oriented mindset
