Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, and role (candidate, employer, or administrator).
• Candidate profile data: experience, education, skills, location, and uploaded CVs.
• Employer data: company profile, team members, plans, and credit balance.
• Activity records: profile unlocks, shortlists, and transaction history.

How we use it

Candidate data is used to match profiles to employer searches. Employer data is used to run accounts, plans, and credits. We do not sell personal data.

Profile visibility

Contact details are hidden until an employer unlocks a profile using credits. Candidates can pause visibility at any time from their dashboard, which removes them from employer search results.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the account is active. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email us via the contact page.

Security

Access is protected by authentication and row-level database policies so accounts can only read data they are entitled to.
